Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by 15 March 2026 are entitled to a 50% refund, less administrative fees.
Cancellations received after 15 March 2026 – no refund shall be due.
All refunds will be made within one (1) month after the end of the event.
Refunds will not be processed if a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.

Disclaimer regarding the use of images of the participants to the meeting
As a registered attendee of the conference/workshop, you are aware that EAAP is allowed to:
– use your image in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration to assure the recording of the meeting;
– edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for promotional purposes of EAAP or for any other lawful purpose;
Moreover, you are also aware that these materials are property of EAAP and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy wherein your image appears.
